Our leads are 0.1 inches thick. They are available with our Deep-Hole Pencil and in our six replacement lead pack.

Unfortunately, replacement parts are unavailable, however if you believe you have received a faulty part please feel free to contact us via email on or alternatively send us a message through Facebook or Instagram and we can try to resolve this for you.

Yes, All of our TRACER markers have permanent in.

Our yellow leads are available in our replacement packs along with our graphite leads (4 x Graphite leads 2x Yellow leads). However, we do not currently sell these individually. You can find out more here.

We are unable to send out any free samples however you can purchase our products at a great price from your local dealer.

Unfortunately, no. Our influencer programmes select influencers and advertisers at our discretion only. If we think you’ll make a good fit, we will contact you.

We advise you to visit your retailer with your proof of purchase and ask for a replacement.

The retailer will contact us and report the fault good. We no longer send out replacements directly to you. From the 30th April 2021, we no longer offer replacements or ever have issued a refund on our products.
